Boris and the power of words

I sat in a meeting with Boris the other day (name dropout aside is it ok to write that, should it be in quotation marks as he is largely a construct?). It was about mobile stuff. Someone from the BBC talked about “snacky” content. He mumbled that delightedly to himself  like toad of toad hall and wrote it down- the only note he took all meeting.
